Repetitive work, reliably handled.
Invoices coded. Reports drafted. Follow-ups sent. Records kept. The ICT Hub builds and manages AI workers that take repetitive processes off your team, with your approval built in where it matters. You get the outcome. We manage the machinery.
Start with one process. Prove the value. Grow from there.
The orange step is the point. Approval is not a warning label on our service, it is the control you keep. You decide which actions run automatically and which always wait for a person.
Outcomes, not another tool to manage.
Hours back, every week
The inbox is checked, the data is moved and the pack is drafted before your people sit down. Their time goes to judgement, customers and the work only they can do.
Faster turnaround
Work moves the moment it arrives, not when someone gets to it. Queues shrink because the routine steps no longer wait for a free pair of hands.
Nothing forgotten
Every step is recorded and every exception is raised to a named person. The process stops depending on who remembers what.
Your best people should not be the glue between systems.
Every business has work that repeats: checking the same inbox, moving information between systems, preparing the same reports, chasing the same approvals. It is necessary work, but it drains time, slows turnaround and depends on who remembers what.
- Re-keying data between systems
- Recurring reports that start from scratch each month
- Invoices and documents waiting to be checked or coded
- Payments to chase and reminders nobody enjoys sending
- Onboarding tasks scattered across email, files and applications
- Process knowledge living in one person's head
Start with one workflow. Earn the right to automate more.
Find the right process
Repetitive, rules-based work with a clear owner and measurable pain. We tell you honestly if a process is not a good fit.
Map the work and the guardrails
Together we define triggers, inputs, outputs, exceptions, permissions and approvals before anything is built.
Build and test
We connect the required tools and run the worker in shadow mode, watching it do the job without letting it change anything.
Launch with your approval in the loop
Approved actions go live gradually. Exceptions and material decisions stay with your people, by design.
We monitor and improve
The ICT Hub watches reliability, quality, cost and value, and releases tested improvements. You see the results in a monthly review.
Where a managed AI worker earns its keep
Invoice intake
Incoming invoices read, details extracted, coding suggested and the next step prepared, before anyone opens the inbox.
HUMAN GATE: review before posting or paymentReconciliation
Transactions and supplier charges matched, movements surfaced, and a clean review queue ready instead of a spreadsheet afternoon.
HUMAN GATE: a person resolves the unusualReceivables follow-up
Invoice reminders sent on an agreed ladder, so paying customers are never nagged and overdue ones are never missed.
HUMAN GATE: suspensions are always a human callRecurring reporting
Approved data collected, checks run and a consistent monthly pack drafted, the same way every time.
HUMAN GATE: the owner approves the final reportDocument triage
Documents classified, fields captured and everything routed to the right person or system without a sorting pile.
HUMAN GATE: exception queue for low confidenceOnboarding coordination
Standard tasks run, systems updated and missing items chased, so a new customer or staff member never stalls in someone's inbox.
HUMAN GATE: no external commitment without approvalWe were our own first customer.
The ICT Hub runs its own internet service provider with a very small team, because the repetitive layer is carried by AI workers we built. Supplier invoices file themselves. Reconciliation checks itself every month and raises its hand only when a price moves. Invoice reminders go out on schedule without anyone remembering to send them. When a customer goes live, billing and the welcome email follow on their own.
Our people sit at the decision gates, not in the middle of the machine. That is the operating model we sell, because it is the one we live on.
Useful automation needs clear boundaries.
Every worker we deploy is built to the standard below. The specific controls for your workflow are agreed at discovery and documented before launch.
Security, privacy, data residency and service controls are confirmed during discovery and documented for the specific workflow.
A fixed setup. A recurring managed service. A defined outcome.
Pricing depends on the workflow, systems, risk and volume. We agree the build scope up front, then charge a monthly managed service fee covering operation, monitoring, support and an agreed usage allowance. Business pricing is quoted ex GST.
Straight answers
What is a managed AI worker?
A customer-specific agent configured to perform one clearly defined business process using approved tools, rules and data. The ICT Hub operates the monitoring, approvals, support and change process around it.
Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. A managed AI worker moves a process forward: it reads information, uses approved tools, prepares actions and asks for approval when the rules require it.
Does it replace staff?
The aim is to remove repetitive process work so people spend their time on judgement, relationships and higher value work. A person remains accountable for the process and for material decisions.
Can it act without approval?
Only where you and The ICT Hub have agreed the action is low risk and the controls are proven. Material or external actions can be set to wait for human approval every time.
Will it have access to all of our systems?
No. We design for least privilege. Each worker receives only the identities, systems and actions its approved workflow requires.
How do you keep customers separate?
Each customer deployment gets its own runtime, credentials, memory, workflow state and logs. That isolation is part of the build standard, not an option. Our oversight receives service health and aggregate metrics, not your content.
What happens when the worker is unsure?
It stops, explains the exception and routes it to the named owner. Approved handling can be added to the governed rule set after review, so the same question is not asked twice.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed discovery and build component, then a recurring managed service fee covering the agreed workflow, service level and usage envelope. Quoted ex GST.
Do you use our data to train public models?
Model provider, retention and training settings are selected and documented for your deployment. We will not make a blanket claim until the provider and contract for your workflow are confirmed.
Why The ICT Hub?
Because we did this to ourselves first. We run our own internet service provider's back office on AI workers we built, and we learned in production both where they create value and where human approval is not negotiable.
What repetitive work would you stop doing tomorrow?
Show us the process, the systems and where it gets stuck. We will give you an honest read on the opportunity, the guardrails and the likely path to value.
